Items are dispatched by standard mail once payment has been processed. For Fed Ex rates please contact the studio. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the charges incurred. A return due to the above must be be brought to our attention within 7 days and returned within 15 days. We will refund the cost of any carrige incurred.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses.
You can cancel an order within seven days, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you choose to cancel your order, you will have your payment promptly returned once you have returned any goods or services (these requirements ensure Capture Photography comply with EU regulations). There are variations to these rules when supplying services or making customised goods.

Gift Vouchers may be cancelled within 7 days.
Any goods not of a personalized nature may be cancelled within 7 days.
Any goods that by reason of their nature and personalization such as photographic prints or customised albums, etc may not be returned unless defective.
Any cancellations will be processed promptly and a refund issued within 30 days.
